GSxM Series

The GSEM 407 Ex is used for the detection of Oxygen in a range from e.g. 0-25 Vo. % in hazardous areas.

The Smart Gas Detector GSEM 407 Ex detector is housed in a robust metallic enclosure for use within explosive atmospheres for the protection of workplace personnel and designed for a wide range of industries. The detector display indicates the O2 concentration, gas alarm status and facilitates prompt one-person calibration. The intrinsically safe design facilitates replacement of the electrochemical sensor without the need of a hot work permit.

The gas sensor GSPM 121 Ex is used for the detection of explosive gas/vapor/air mixtures. The principle of the measurement element used is based on the catalytic combustion caused by the detected gas/vapor/air mixture. The reaction heat that is released causes an increase in the temperature of the platinum wire to which the catalyst is attached. The current flowing through the platinum wire increases, and is proportional the measured gas concentration up to approx. 10 Vol. % methane. The signal then reduces again as a result of the shortage of oxygen.

The GSIM 1570 is used for the detection of Nitrous Oxide in a range from 0-2000 ppm The smart GSIM 1570 detector is housed in a robust metallic enclosure for use within toxic atmospheres for the protection of workplace personnel and designed for a wide range of industries. The detector display indicates the N2O concentration, gas alarm status and facilitates prompt one-person calibration. The intrinsically safe design facilitates replacement of the NDIR sensor without the need of a hot work permit.

Benzen & VOC's PID Detectors

Volatile Organic Compounds {VOCs} are potentially dangerous compounds, created by industrial and natural processes, which vaporize under normal atmospheric conditions.

Benzene is an especially dangerous and widely used VOC requiring detection in many industries. A PID {Photo-ionization Detector} is the easiest and most efficient way to detect Benzene and other VOC levels.

ORIONtech SenSmart fixed PID gas detectors provide real time PPM readings to enable users to react swiftly to potential threats without waiting a time-weighted average {TWA}.

InstaTrans-XD Oxygen Transmitter

The flexibility, simplicity and robustness of the proven universal InstaTrans Oxygen Transmitter is carried on to the next-generation Model InstaTrans-XD.

A fully upgraded microprocessor-based platform gives the Instatrans-XD a more compact, single PCB design to simplify maintenance and reduce shelf spares. Unlike the legacy model with fixed ranges, the new interface allows for a fully settable single range from 0-10 ppm to 0-25%. New advanced functions are also available as standard including 4-20mA output adjustment to optimize signal output and cold boot capability as a beneficial troubleshooting tool.
